New Plies
Now playing: 'The Real Testament'.
It stands up to to many repeated listenings. I did not love it the first time. The album strikes a chord everytime I play it. The scope of music on The Real Testament is quite broad.
Whining
Hell, I was just playing around. L was angry but I talked to l for one hour.
That made me think about it so harder I hit it, the more it spreads. My spirit lifted and I feel like I am missing out on so much. L and I had an argument.
We realized we both had been low. Really, I have a feeling that it will work out.

Ok, want to comment?
Now spinning: Prince's new CD 'Planet Earth'
I just down- *ahem* bought 'Planet Earth', the new Prince disc.

It's strange that I didn't dig the music earlier.

Now it always catches me. It stands up to to many repeated listenings.
Ashley Alexandra Dupre: His fall is her rise
I just read this Seattle Post Intelligencer page, don't know how I feel about it.

From the Entertainment department
Horton Hears a Who.

Horton Hears a Who

Please tell me what you feel about this.
Looker
Here are some pics I happened to find.
Today
Oh well, the Research Architect told me that our web services increased tremendously. I can work at home too.

I plan to stick to the original plan for IEP. We have to cut budget for the IEP project, so I was told by my manager. IEP will be finished next week.
Horton's Hullaballoo
Los Angeles Times.

The big-budget Horton Hears a Who—which we love—got us thinking about other Dr. Seuss books that have not yet been ruined, sorry, adapted by Hollywood.

In the headlines
This intriguing article on Seattle Post Intelligencer today is quite interesting: Ashley Alexandra Dupre: His fall is her rise. The $1000-an-hour prostitute reportedly hired by New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer may soon make much more than that, turning her 15 minutes of infamy into a tidy sum of money.
Another day
Never mind, I was told that I was supposed to play it low but something came up, so now I have to engage the dynamic partnerships. We will have to incentivize our web services for the NBG project. A colleague heard that I plan to start with the MBP next month. Anyway. The new strategy for NBG is paying off.
'Waiting...'
I went to the movies yesterday and saw Waiting.... Expectations were high since I heard a lot about this movie.
There are occasional lapses in credibility. It has some interesting ideas.

The plot involved the following: Mitch (Daley), a new employee at Shenanigans, a restaurant known for its impossibly cheery staff, is introduced to "The Game," a competition to be the eatery's top waiter.

The actors and the director did a fine job.
It's an interesting movie, not for everyone, but the story is engaging. It's worth the price of an admission ticket and a medium popcorn.

Paul Says Goodbye, Heather Says Hello to Beatle Millions
I just read this The Associated Press page. The Supreme Court has decided to hear its first case involving the government's broadcast indecency authority in almost 30 years.

American Eagle
Went and got coffee and did some shopping with l this morning. I bought some very neat stuff from American Eagle.
They are buy one get one half off, so I had to buy some more.
Disconnected
They say failure is not eminent, I can write again without loss of heart though.
'Innocent Voices'
Just saw Innocent Voices (with Leonor Varela). It is truly brilliant.
Xuna Primus gave an enthralling performance. Carlos Padilla did simply an enthralling job too. The script and the dialog are truly phenomenal.

I wanted to buy another ticket!
Terribly busy
Pooped and jet-laggy. I have been too occupied all week.

My apologies, but I hope you can understand that other work does take priority
